How can I place an order?
The process involves 4 steps: 1. Confirm price via quotation. 2. Pay 30% deposit upon Proforma Invoice. 3. Production begins. 4. Pay 70% balance before final shipment.
What are your payment terms and methods?
We accept T/T, Western Union, Paypal, and Bank Transfers. We require a 30% deposit in advance and the remaining 70% balance before delivery.
How long does production and delivery take?
Sample orders typically take 10-15 days, while bulk orders take 30-40 days after receiving the deposit. Shipping via express takes 3-5 days.
Do you support custom OEM/ODM designs?
Yes, OEM projects are warmly welcomed. With 20 professional designers, 50% of our production consists of our customers' own unique designs.
What materials do you use for your jewelry?
We primarily manufacture high-quality jewelry using 925 Sterling Silver or brass, often accented with Mother of Pearl shells and Cubic Zirconia (CZ).
